Terms and conditions

Booking & Payment. A deposit of £20 is required as confirmation of booking. On receipt of payment we will send confirmation and master class information. Full payment to be made on the day of your master class.

Cancellations – Cancellations will only be accepted over the telephone. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. If you decide to cancel any confirmed booking with less than one month’s notice you will be liable for full payment of the master class fee unless you or we find a suitable alternative booking. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a master class we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. If this is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund.
