Harmony House Cookery School opened it's doors to eager cooks and novices alike in January 2008. Set in quiet Stillingfleet near York. The school has a homely feel. run by Cordon Bleu trained Hilary Finney with 20 years of experience in cookery, catering and training.
November 2009 and Harmony House Cookery School has featured in regional and national publications, including Yorkshire Ridings magazine, The Journal, Woman's Own, Delicious magazine and appeared frequently on Radio York. The cookery school had competition from other well known cookery schools in the same region, but has forged a unique and very popular image. March 2010.
This popular cookery school has many courses now oversubscribed, with team building particularly popular. We manage Harmony House web site and day to day marketing.
Castle House Runswick Bay Castle House Holiday Cottage Runswick Bay launched in April 2009. This three story cottage has one of the best settings in Runswick Bay. Relying on a well optimised web site and flyer drops this cottage has filled bookings from April through to November with Christmas bookings secured. Pre bookings for 2010 ensure the ongoing success of this unique holiday cottage.
Kafeneion York. Set close to York Minster and opened in October 2009 Kafeneion provides 'the best cappuchino' in York. We are working with Kafeneion to increase customer loyalty, spread word of mouth and build links with other tourist businesses. All designed to bring in new customers, increase awareness of Kafeneion and increase the value of sales. Next steps are to promote Kafeneion as a discreet meeting place for business meetings. Wolds End Holiday Cottages Ready for July 2010 these two luxury holiday cottages converted from an original barn by award winning Kent Building Developments. Combining internet and 'real' world marketing we are working to to promote the holiday cottages to selected markets and give bookings a luxury holiday or short breaks.
Stillingfleet Lodge Nurseries Voted one of the top ten cottage gardens in England. Working to increase visits to this 'secret' visitor attraction in Yorkshire. Increasing press coverage regionally, designing communications material and planning country living inspired courses launch for 2010. Three Little Pigs rare breed meat producers launched in January 2009 selling through a variety of channels including farmers markets, the internet and mail order. Press coverage and targeted advertising and a well optimised web site have ensured steady growth. |
